The land of the free.....

Husband and I drove to Kansas City yesterday. What we saw along the highway is the epitome of America: McDonald's, churches, porn shops.

Today I saw a car covered with bumper stickers. Two of those caught my attention: goarmy.com and coexist, the one that is made out of religious symbols.  Really??? Coexist and goarmy.com? Make up your mind, buddy!!!!

Making a decision

Well, after thinking and dreaming about it for literally 19 years, I have finally gotten the balls to go back to the place of my birth, the town of Gomel, which is in the former Soviet Republic of Belarus.

I left Belraus nearly 20 years ago, but still have not arrived :(. I hope that this trip that I am planning for this July will give me a closure that I have been looking for all this time.

I will try to enter something here every time I make a step closer to my dream.
